Does anyone know the name of the ruling decided today re: Ohio voters?
I've looked and looked, and I am sure I've missed it because I refuse to believe no one published it.

Please, if anyone can find the actual name of the ruling (Name v. Name), I'd appreciate it!

Thank you.

2. Never Mind Earlier Post, Here Ya Go

It's Brunner v. Ohio Republican Party. The link is From the Supreme Court's page. Brunner is listed first because she appealed to the Supreme Court from the Sixth Circuit's en banc ruling.

4. Not to sound stupid or anything, but ...
... when I looked there it asked me for the name of the case.

How could I look it up if I don't know the name of the case?

BTW, thank you!

6. I Hear Ya - - Not Stupid!

Waaaay too often, reports on legal cases in mainstream (i.e., non-legal industry) media sources foolishly don't list the case name, which I've always thought was strange - - but then, I'm a lawyer. }(

The Supreme Court lists recent decisions on its site with a link called something close to exactly that - - "recent decisions." That's how I found it. :-)

7. Someone should supply the name to Sarah Palin
so she can finally name a Supreme Court decision she disagrees with.
