Is Florida a "right to work" state by any chance?

We're trying to defeat a right-to-work amendment here in Colorado. Not only would it adversely affect the economic climate, but it's murder, apparently, on people's generosity of spirit, too.
Maybe not Florida, but it sure does seem like most Southern red states are "right-to-work", and that may have a greater effect than even having a Republican governor.

..and if you look at the wages here.. you will see the difference. Wages in Florida are from 20-50% lower than a comparable northern state. We have a joke here.. "In Florida you get paid in Sunshine". Ya.. sunshine is great.. but they won't accept it at the grocery store. Plus.. they have workers over a barrel here.. they can abuse you to death(as far as O.T. and health Insurance), and there isn't a thing you can do. Large Hotels on the Beach are NOTORIOUS slave pits and worker killers. If you get sick or handicapped because of their crappy working conditions, they pull you out of service like an old dump truck and move a new one in. Good luck on defeating it in Colorado... you will be much better of without it.
