When the hell is somebody going to be indicted for fucking up our country?
I feel like I'm living in a stepped up version of the movie Idiocracy. Why or when or how is somebody going to be indicted?

I don't believe this bullshit was accidental

I don't believe no one knew

I don't believe our money is safe---our tax payer money

I don't believe that a huge amount won't be diverted to prop up the wealthy, remember the 9 billion lost in Iraq?

I don't believe in the Bush misadministration

I don't believe that all of these "transactions" were above board

And I sure as hell don't believe that we are NOT ALREADY IN A RECESSION

So tell me, who is going to jail? Where is the GITMO for the financial terrorists who have fucked us all up?

Enough!

12. An arrest warrant needs to be issued and signed by the judicial branch first.
Law enforcement only enforces the order.

Nobody will be indicted, nobody will be tried, nobody will go to jail. AIG execs take our money and go to some fancy resort...nothing. The former CEO of Lehman Bros. gets a half a BILLION dollar package...nothing. Why start now? The corporations run this country and I think now that they always will.

You don't get seriously punished for stealing lots of money.

Steal $500 and you get 10-12 in a dungeon. Steal $500,000,000 and you get a few months in a country club jail.

Look at the rogue traders who stole millions -- and billions

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogue_trader

Nick Leeson, £827 million Barings Bank Nikkei index futures 6.5 years jail
Luke Duffy, AU$360 million National Australia Bank FX options 16 months jail
Toshihide Iguchi, £557 million Resona Holdings US Treasury bonds 4 years jail

Not anytime soon. Until Americans find the courage to stop it. But they won't. Not until our currency goes into hyperinflation and our food supplies are gone. Then, my friend, we will see a Revolution. But not before because it takes EXTREMES to rouse sleeping sheep or for anyone to give a shit.

But don't worry. It's all coming.

And I still contend that if you didn't impeach this administration, will you ever be able to use that tool again? If you didn't impeach the guy that was breaking international laws, invading countries on false pretenses, throwing citizens in detention without charging them and violating the Geneva Convention, then when exactly would you use the charge?

55. A Mega-Million Dollar BOUNTY would get attention.

I will donate $100 to ANY organization that will place a Bounty on Bush/Cheney to be paid to anyone who provides concrete evidence that leads to their indictment or arrest.

A small, transparent trust located in a neutral country like Switzerland could administer the fund. If the BOUNTY is promoted internationally, it would quickly grow to Mega-Millions.

The fund would also be tasked with running full page Wanted For War Crimes ads in major Global newspapers every 3 months until the Bounty is awarded or depleted.

It is clear that the Opposition Party (Democratic Party) and the US Justice Department will do NOTHING to hold the criminals accountable.
Maybe a private organization representing Citizens of the World would have better results.

Even if Bush/Cheney are never arrested, a Mega-Million Dollar Bounty would certainly keep them looking over their shoulders, curtail retirement travel plans, AND serve as a warning to future "Unitary Executives".

It would also put a nice ribbon around the Bush Legacy.

I believe that such a "fund" would be wildly popular worldwide, and provide the administrators an opportunity to make a little money.
I have neither the resources or skills to institute such a fund, but like I said above, I am willing to donate $100. I also believe that there are at least a million more worldwide (extreme minimum) who would also be willing to donate....that adds up to some serious money.
