Just asking ! What would it take to get Limbaugh off the air?

He is a maggot undermining the structure of society. His broadcasts are, I believe, allowed around our soldiers, Palinizing their minds.

He tells his viewers to not read the newspapers, because he will do it for them.
Then they are preached to and have his spin and interpretation as their only source of information, and because of that think of him as correct at all times.

I have no idea how it happened but I had my car radio set to the station where he comes on.
I had to pull over after a few minutes, I got nauseated and completely irate that this is allowed to remain unchecked.

Just asking.
What could be done to stop him?
Don't tell me about free speech and stuff, I already know that.

Under its provisions, here are the media ownership guidelines:

1. One company can own as many radio stations as it wants--Clear Channel owns 1200 of them, for instance.

2. Guidelines per market:

a. 45 or more stations in the market: 8 total stations, no more than five in the same service--you can own, say, 5 FM and 3 AM stations but not 8 FM stations.

b. 30 to 44 stations: 7 total stations, no more than four in the same service.

c. 15 to 29 stations: 6 total stations, no more than four in the same service.

d. 10 to 14 stations: 5 total stations, no more than three in the same service.

e. 2 to 9 stations: no more than 50 percent of the total stations. (I said "2 to 9" instead of "1 to 9" because, obviously, if there's only one radio station in town someone IS going to own all the stations in town.)

Returning to the days when one company could own a total of five markets (better: five markets over no more than two adjoining states), and that company could own, in one market, one AM, one FM and one TV station, would kill Limbaugh. The Limbaugh people are used to selling in bulk, and it's got to be cheaper to buy 300 stations worth of him. If Limbaugh doubled in price, a lot of radio stations would get rid of him.
