Get to your computer. Open your word processor. Set the page to landscape. Set the font size to 96. Type in the words:

Hey REPUBLICANS
HAD ENOUGH?

Print it out.

Print another copy.

Tape one copy to the driver's side read window of your car.

Tape the second copy to the passenger side rear window of your car.

Drive to work (or wherever else you're going).

Wave to people.
