FR Thug's "Neat Trick" for disrupting email communications
What do you expect from these so-called "values voters" who worship criminals like Bush, Cheney & Rove.

Go to a webiste whose message you'd like to interfere with and sign up for their email newsletter and then sign up for all of their allied email newsletters. Now, when you start getting these emails hang on to them and save them up until you have a good number from each source. Then start clicking through them and reporting them as spam to your ISP. This gets those emails sent to the bulk mail or spam mailbox for EVERYONE who uses your ISP. Unless they read their spam mail everyday they won't see the email notice telling them to show up for a phone bank, a precinct walk, or a rally.

3. Hm. I'm a techno-peasant, so maybe I'm missing something. How many people use the same ISP?

9. if it's comcast or verizon
you're talking millions of people, smaller ISP' may have 100's or thousands or more depending. Most personal email addresses are either from their ISP or a free one like Yahoo or Gmail.

12. It seems hard to believe that one user marking emails as spam would impact millions of other users.
I can't believe that this would really work.

13. sometimes that is all it takes
they see a complaint and no answer (of course the fact that nobody knows this loser is doing that) and they react then claim they were only protect the 'little guy' after people shout at them.

4. What a jerkwad.
That said, do make sure that any email addresses from the campaign are added to your address book.

Also, I'll bet you $100 that ISPs are wise to these kinds of scams and wouldn't block the emails as spam anyway.

5. That's good advice about adding the address to you book
It wouldn't hurt to prevent any possible Freeptard vandalism.

7. Probably because it's illegal
This is internet harassment, which is a crime under one of the recent laws.

8. Good, that will keep the idiot savants busy.
Seriously, I get 30-40 Political e-mails I don't have time to read. I delete them anyway. Of course, I'm contributing monthly w/o using these links....if 5% of these e-mails are read, I'd be surprised.

10. Maybe you're the one to talk to
I very rarely send email. Maybe about 10 a year. Well, the last one I remember sending was a reply all to one of those ridiculous anti-Obama emails. Guess what. I've been blacklisted as a spammer. I'm thinking it was probsbly one of the insane righties. I have no idea how to get off the list. Technical services claimed they have never heard of it.

Has anyone else had this problem?
