It really all begins with Bush and the Iraq war. I could overlook him stealing the first election cause most of these idiots just fade away, but then he had to go get us into this war and one of the following happened to most of the country:

- either you are so full of yourself and so jaded and stupid that you denied the Iraq war was bad and let Bush get away with everything he wanted with no recourse

- you got real pissed off and lost all faith in the leaders of your country and they betrayed you and he jacked up oil prices and stuff. This is like 75% of the country by the way.

Really, this is what happens when a nation loses all respect and hope for their leaders and the leaders just keep pushing and deregulating and killing because they can.
