If it wasn't for Obama's name and race, this wouldn't be an issue. We all know it comes down to racism (even though some don't want to focus on that aspect...this thread isn't about that, so please don't get into that argument).

We can debunk the "he's a terrorist" emails forever, but perhaps showing (as Robert Gibbs did about the Ayres thing on Hannity) how stupid and hypocritical their argument is with a counterpoint example would shut up the ones with a little bit of independent thought process.

Any repug white guys in politics or the public eye change their name so they could be more acceptable to the base, and perhaps traveled extensively, including to the Middle East, yet didn't broadcast it for the same reason?
