A. the speaker, CEO and owner of the network are permanently barred from ever holding jobs in the media ever again

B. a HUGH monetary fine for both the speaker, the CEO and owner of the network

C. the network gets shut down and looses their license, but not before airing the trial in full (edited to add) network's assets are nationalized

D. lengthy prison time for the speaker, CEO and owner of the network

E. A, B, C and D

F. speaker gets fired

G. speaker pays small monetary fine

H. only F and G
