Did you know: Never, ever, let them give you a provisional ballot? Millions of provisional ballots were actually thrown out in the 2004 election. And it's NOT a good idea to "go postal" sending in your ballot, especially for first-time voters, as Greg explains. You will never be informed if your ballot was not accepted by mail!
