It sure must be nice to have a lot of cash on hand when assets are priced so low
You get to keep the money you HAD
THEN you get more of the money
and THEN everything costs less

Why its capitalism just working huh?

2. Investors are keeping $Trillions in cash/money-market funds
Because everybody there is not enough confidence to invest in stock/equities or in real estate, for that matter.

What do you think of buying real estate near the rail head?
