15. Obama is too centrist on some issues for my liking. HOWEVER
...one thing I'll definitely give him and his wife Michelle: they shimmer. Together or apart, my eye is drawn to them, their smiles, their spirits.

It's not charisma -- that's superficial, you've either got it or you don't, like good looks. Charisma is what BC had.

I can only define it this way: the Obamas are brimming with the joy of life and good will. It seems sincere, and I hope it is because that's what this country needs more than anything now.
