The next time you hear someone talk about this reporter or that talking head being smart, just laugh out loud. The media have been completely cowed by a bunch of idiots who would actually say things like limiting no-bid contracts will discourage competition.

6. How do you compete for a no bid contract? Do you have to bribe the decision maker?
I want a new home built. I have the plans from the designer. Anyone who wants the job come to my office and don't worry about telling me what it will cost. I'll pick someone from who ever shows up.
