1. Other than a lot of political posturing by Republicans, I've yet to see
any oil company announcements on what their investment plans are with regards to off-shore drilling. How many rigs 5to be built? Where do they want to drill? Where's the money they plan to sink into these off-shore drill platforms?

Strange....you'd think we'd have had the details on what and where the major oil companies plan to invest in off-shore drilling by now. Unless, of course, this is simply pure, unadulterated bullshit.

4. Regardless of how much oil we find "offshore" it'll all be sold on the world market
It's not like we can drill offshore Texas then immediately refine and use the oil ourselves. It has to be sold at the going market rate on the global market.

I don't know why I haven't heard Barack point this out when McMaverik starts the drilling horseshit. If people knew what was going to happen to the oil, it would deflate the talking point real quick.
