2. Are they planning to send Bill Murray over there to settle things?
If so, probably a mistake. But it's worth a shot if they bring the troops home first.

4. The Murray Resolution
ensures that wounded troops will receive medical care upon their return and attempts to prevent another Walter Reed debacle. Who knew that this wasn't already a given?
