I was working on Wall Street late one night
When my eyes beheld an eerie sight
Inflation and panic began to rise
And suddenly to the nation's surprise

They did the crash
They did the monster crash

It was a bail out smash

From my office suite on old K Street
To the Stock Exchange where the vampires meet
The ghouls all came from their luxury abodes
To grab what they can before the market explodes

The republicans were having fun
The gluttony had just begun
The guests included Cheney
Old man Bush and his son

Seems he was troubled by just one thing
He opened the lid and shook his fist
And said, "Whatever happened to my Trickle Down Twist?"
