The REPUBLICANS had total control of all branches of government for at least seven years.

They could have made this country a decent place to live because they were in the driver's seat all that time.

Instead, they looted the Treasury with their greed and corruption and ruined as many Americans' lives as they could.

And they aren't done yet. Their thievery is still having a ripple effect around the world. If we ever get back to the
way we were before they took over it will take years and years of hard work and sacrifice.

Those bastards.

2. Well...
We just have to pray that the Electoral College does their job
in November and put Obama in the seat?!? Obviously, he will
gain the popular vote but it's all up to the electoral
college?!? SUPER-DELEGATES, do the right thing?!?

3. Well...
I guess it's all up to the Electoral College to vote Obama into office as our 47th President. Granted, that he will win the Popular Vote but will he gain the White House.

The Electoral College has the power to make things right after an seven-bad years of Bush and the clan...

C'mon Super Delegrates

7. I believe they have had control for about 12 years, And
they are totally responsible. Every time the Dems tried to put forth a bill/amendment, etc., the repubs immediately shut them down. Dems were not allowed to Even bring them to the floor?!! Filibuster was the repubs name of the game since they had enough votes to stop anything the Dems tried to get through Congress.

Now the repubs act like they never get to get their way. Oh please, our govt. has never been so corrupt as the repubs have made it. That's the bottom line and word needs to get out there to the 30 second people. Meaning those that only hear sound clips.

16. 100% agree!
I remember when Clinton was president, the entire Republican agenda was to shut him down. They did not care if he had a good plan, good idea, or what. They were there ONLY to shut him down. There to oppose whatever words came out of his mouth.

It didn't matter if the country went to hell in a hand basket as long as they stopped Bill from doing whatever he tried to do. Bipartisanship my big fat ass.

9. For sure, and Gingrich tried
desperately to sink Clinton and damned near did. Amazing that Clinton had over a 60% approval rating during the impeachment fiasco.

The Dow being down over 700 today won't help John in the debate tomorrow. Poor John, he wanted to sweep the economy under the rug of "TERRORIST" BS that worked so well for Bush. Poor John, he can't even be creative let alone maverick, Unf##@@ing believable.

11. It's been only 6 years, though it certainly does seem longer
From Bush's inauguration to the 2006 elections, after which the Dems had a majority in the house.

15. Am finally reading "Broken Government" by John Dean.
He describes exactly how the Pugs did it. After reading this book , I think the Pugs should be put out of business forever. It is all much worse than I even imagined. Great book full of information everyone should know, and Dean does a great job describing the situation.

20. Please do.

Some times I tend to think we need to adorn whatever we say with tinsel and neon lights.

Some people just don't get the message.
