will be open on Friday, October 3rd, from 12 noon to 4 P.M., on Saturday, October 4th,
from 9:30 A.M. to 5 P.M., and on Sunday, October 5th, from 9:30 A.M. to 5 P.M.

Take advantage of this last-minute opportunity; the deadline in New York State to register for the
