Yes, it's okay to replace US Attorneys with your picks, if you are an incoming President.

Where it becomes NOT OKAY is when you fire US Attorneys based on the crimes they are investigating or cases they are working on because you want to shut down their work. And then lie about the firings later.

Chris Wallace of Fox News called into the Imus in the Morning Show the other day and spouted the RW talking point that "Clinton fired all of the US attorneys." Of course, Imus did not even bring up the points that you made.
