After Biden listed all the ways in which McCain was NOT a maverick, I think that there was an instant in which Palin was about to use the word in her response and you could see it just stick in her throat. They will either put the word to rest now or beat us to death with it even more so as to "reclaim" it after the number that Biden did on it.
