This was her last chance to comeback. The big debate, the last chance she had to wow the American Public, has passed. And she did well, but she didn't knock it out of the park.

Her unfavorability ratings wer terrible. This was her only shot at coming back and helping the ticket gain back ground. She didn't undo the terrible performance she put on.

It's all on McCain now.

8. Compared to her previous interviews, yes.
However, that was not what they needed. They needed a knockout. She had to clobber Biden. Biden played it safe, so the one potential argument (and the right is throwing it around) "he's sexist" can't be made.

Instead, by simply not making a complete fool of herself, she did better than expected. But she neeed to do better than that.

10. I suppose that it would have taken her speaking in tongues
or having a seizure for her to fucked it up, right?

2. 100% in agreement.
The Freeper crowd is gonna be ecstatic over her performance, because she didn't fall flat on her face.

But I don't think she's going to win over the independents.

4. My skin was crawling... I can not STAND the woman.
She is the poster child for the "moran" citizens among us.
To think that ANYONE could take her seriously as the VP
candidate makes my blood run cold.

What have we come to, this nation?
What does it say about us as a country
that such a cretin could be considered as a VP?

5. you should have heard that schmidt dude
in the spin room afterwards talking about how the media hasn't given her a fair chance. I was like "in what parallel universe has that been happening? She has been given a fair chance to talk to the press, but YOU won't give her a fair chance because you knew you couldn't spring her on the public. Now, she deserves to get the treatment from the iron fist without the velvet glove... this is her and the mclame camp's doing, not the media's.
