What a sad pathetic situation what our country has become

The MSM questioning morality based on sexual orientation

glen beck questioning AN ELECTED AMERICAN MUSLIM CONGRESSMEN if he can be trusted

Britney Spears

Anna Nicole Simpson

I can only shake my head and realize that maybe the people in our country are a reflection of our leadership

1. The "leadership" is practically non-existent. The corporate
media whores control what millions of people see and hear and what they come to believe is important or newsworthy. Back during the Lacey Peterson frenzy, some friends were talking about it. My husband, who only goes to the internet for news, told them he'd barely heard about it. One woman turned to him and said, "Where have you been living? Under a rock? It's the biggest news story." His reply: "No, I try to live in the real world and focus on what's important. If you think that's the 'biggest news story' you're the one under the rock." Silence followed.

All of the prominent Dems, instead of ducking for cover fearing that homophobes won't vote for them in some future election, ought to be condemming Pace's comments as repugnant, insensitive, and stupid. That would be showing some leadership.
