Sarah Pailin...there is no way she can win this debate tonight.
Not enough grey matter in Einsteins's brain to retain what she will have to retain to be competitive. In life, you can't catch up on 25 or 30 years of being uncurious, No way. So she'll have the snappy one liners and the snarky shit but she will not have the substance. If this Country falls for her cute, superficial shit, it is not worth saving and the writing will be on the wall. That is how I'm going into this debate.

1. TV Debates are all about memorable one liners though.
If she can keep from being embarrassed and deliver one or two memorable lines, that's all she needs.

The viewing public will remember only one or two short segments. Hopefully, those segments are her screwing up, but don't be overconfident. Her handlers have her prepped with a few zingers.

2. I'm with you
Don't forget that Lloyd Bentsen fed Dan Quayle his lunch, and, still, Quayle ended up as Vice-President.

I think she's going to be spouting rhetoric, just close enough to reality to be considered an "answer," and that's the kind of stuff idiot voters mistake for "experience" and "intelligence."

If the worst happens, we, as a species, do not deserve to survive.

3. Response times have been limited to 90 seconds...
Edited on Thu Oct-02-08 06:01 PM by BeHereNow
Democracy Now had a segment on the rigging
of the debate tonight.
I would guess the 90 second limit is an effort
to keep her from making a complete fool of herself.

Or I guess you could watch it on the DN web site.

4. All she has to do is show up and breathe and it will be declared a "win" for her.
That and her nifty new hairstyle concealing an earpiece.

5. All she has to do is mention stuff about Joe Biden ...
... that have not been discussed by the GOP-controlled media. They're not bad, but they will seem new to the low information voters, which will look like she exposed his "lies".

We should have dumped everything about Biden out there long before now so she won't have a damn thing to say.

But we didn't mention anything, now Palin will have the opportunity to "expose" Biden's "secrets".

6. Watch her show up looking like his first wife
in hairstyle, outfit, etc.... She is mean. That is her gift. Stupid, uninformed and mean. A phony.
