7. Looks like the whole show wasn't live, just the first part concerning the bill

and they reran the 9 PM airing for the rest. They do that sometimes, especially if later events in an evening render part of a show dated.

I knew the first part was going to be new, because they reedited the end of Keith's recorded show so that instead of tossing to her the way he did live at 9 PM, they edited his show so the "camera lens shatter" led to a billboard advertising his 8 PM show with his voice doing a recorded plug for it. Then Rachel appeared, with a "LIVE" banner on screen, talking about the bill. The "LIVE" banner disappeared later as they began rerunning the recorded segments from her earlier show.
