Poll question: For_et the facts for just a second .... what do **you** believe?
What is the bi__est sin_le cause for a house bein_ foreclosed?

A_ain, this is to poll what you believe. It might be based on facts you know to be true, but it is just as valid to answer based on your opinion.

4. There are lots of foreclosures in my town.
I suspect that they are caused by a combination of people getting into more debt than they could afford and overly aggressive lenders taking advantage of them.
