Prediction: Congress will be called back into mandatory session Thursday Night

Bush will require all members of congress to go back in session until they pass the damn bill. He will make it mandatory for all to attend, to include Senator Joe Biden. Thus the Republicans avoid disaster with not having Palin debate.
