I can't tell what the reaction has been living abroad, but
after the numerous stunts the GOP has pulled in the last week, they should really be seen as fractured and impotent. It looks like they don't know if they're coming or going.
They need do *SOMETHING* quickly. This is creeping into the markets overseas too.
