Storming the Bastille?
Dropping support for Wall Street?

Maybe we can make this a good thing.

You have to give to get.

I have been unsure about the bailout since it was first being discussed. Now,making lemonade from lemons, I have to wonder if this might be a good thing. Today, we see a recreation of another Golden Age as described in Twain's turn of the century book. It is really time for another serious correction of our economic paradigm.

It's time to quit credit and borrowing. It's time to storm the Bastille.

1. an economy based upon credit is not sustainable, especially...
...when the main economic driver is increasing debt. The planet is littered with the remains of civilizations that outgrew their resources-- ultimately, this is just another example of that.

3. The war rhetoric is getting tiresome ...

Anyone who is really interesting in "storming the Bastille" isn't sitting in a environment controlled room latched up to the Internet.
