1. I don't believe this is Mike Williams
I didn't catch the lady's name, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't Mike. :) The Native leaders here are genuinely upset with Sarah about her disregard for Native issues, and especially POed that they like to flaunt Todd's Native heritage (1/8 Yup'ik I believe), when he has never shown any interest in cultural matters.
