I hurt myself today
To see if I still feel
I focus on the pain
The only thing that's real
The needle tears a hole
The old familiar sting
Try to kill it all away
But I remember everything

What have I become?
My sweetest friend
Everyone I know
Goes away in the end
You could have it all
My empire of dirt
I will let you down
I will make you hurt

I wear this crown of shit
Upon my liar's chair
Full of broken thoughts
I cannot repair
Beneath the stains of time
The feelings disappear
You are someone else
I am still right here

What have I become?
My sweetest friend
Everyone I know
Goes away in the end

You could have it all
My empire of dirt
I will let you down
I will make you hurt
If I could start again
A million miles away
I would keep myself
I would find a way

1. Poor Georgie. His plan didn't work this time.
He had the "bailout" plan on his desk last year. He was so sure he could dupe all Americans all the time.

Too bad, MFer.

3. He knew we were in trouble LAST YEAR and did nothing.
So he wanted our financial system to collapse. So his cronies could loot whatever was left before China moved in for the fire sale.

4. Don't forget the power-grab; that's what bush & the republics are all about.
Take the last vestiges of Congressional power away and give it to the executive branch.

That's all George W. bUsh & his regime have been doing the past 8 years.

2. That song is about remorse
Something he obviously doesn't do.
