Forget about executive compensation; how about executive INCARCERATION?
Some Wall St. talking heads are arguing against capping executive pay in the bailout package because it would discourage Wall St. participation in the plan.

I have a better idea: the CEOs and head execs of the troubled Wall St. firms who would otherwise stand to benefit from the package, participate in the package (that is, if such a bailout is passed), and gladly accept ZERO compensation -- or face federal investigations into their lending practices. Zero compensation vs. 30 years in jail. They should be glad they would even be getting a choice in the first place.

2. Should Paulson and Bernanke be arrested for attempted financial fraud?
Not to mention treason.

4. Pulling down multi-million dollar salaries
as their companies were losing value looks like embezzlement to me. Use the RICO act and seize their assets.
