lying around...now that it isn't going to Wall Street?

1. Build factories in the US which make consumer products...
...which the world wants.

... which means that hopefully inflation won't shoot thru the roof because of all the newly minted nearly worthless paper we'd have put into circulation.

7. From what I understand, we didn't have it yet, we were going to borrow from China
until the taxpayers came through with their routine taxes.....We don't really have the money lying around. Now China is not going to give us any money until the bill was passed. Businesses won't get their credit to float their payrolls now.

11. Well it wasn't just laying around, it would have had to be created.
We would have had to borrow from other countries (like China) then create the money from that capitol.
