If this bill fails, the failure belongs to Bush.
It is his bill and he hasn't led his own party to vote in favor of it. If he really needs us to swallow this bitter pill, he needs to bring his party in behind him and he can't do it. He spent political capital and national treasure unwisely.

2. Google "bush failed businesses" and note that he profits from making things crash and burn.
Nothing has changed except for the size of his targets.

no one trusts Bush that is the reality of it! Is this another fake call for "help"? Many believe so.
