I have a dream.

Ok, let the bailout pass. I agree it is an emergency, but only because it is the PERCEPTION that it is an emergency, and therefore, the markets will crash. If the markets crash, even we, the little folks, are fucked.

Let it pass.

Now here's my dream.

If congress can mobilize for this perceived emergency, let us force them to mobilize for a real emergency...like the lack of health care for all Americans.

Wouldn't it be nice if enough of us could mobilize and just stop paying our fucking taxes until the health care crisis is solved by congress? You know, tens of millions of people just stop paying their taxes. What the fuck are they going to do? They don't have enough manpower.

We should have general strikes in the form of a tax revolt.

Alas, it will never happen.
