Is NO "Golden Parachute"/CEO compensation/severance part of this deal?

Bans on godlen parachutes apply to some of the particpating corporations but not others.

When Henry Paulson buys shares in some of the corporations, they aren't supposed to give out golden parachutes while he holds the shares. They can after he sells the shares. Other corporations he buys shares in don't have that limit.

Regarding CEO compensation: some of the participating corporations aren't allowed to reward a CEO for excessively risky or deceptive behavior. The rest can.

A corporation can pay it's CEO a salary of $25 million, then accept billions in public money, and then raise his salary to $50 million.
