To my recollection, js mcsame said one thing that wasn't either a lie or a distortion.
he said it was a mistake to abandon Afghanistan after we funded the mujahadeen's defeat of the Soviet Union.

Otherwise, it was all distortion and an alarming number of outright lies.

8. I can't stand mcsame, but in fairness, he did sort of acknowledge that
saying it was one of his biggest mistakes and biggest regrets and a mistake that can't be repeated.
