Well, I Just Convinced two in Florida to Vote for Obama
SCORE!!!!!!! And yes, he is a red neck and proud of it. I went to a private institution with him for a couple years, studying computer 3d animation. We were very good friends for years, then of course I moved back up here in New England and sort of lost contact.

Then just an hour ago, I got a call from him, asking about Obama, due to the debates last night. He doesn't like Bush yet grew up in a Republican home. He asked questions that weren't interesting enough to repeat, but important enough to him, and I answered in kind, in a style he and I feel at ease communicating. Regardless of being from the North or the South we have one thing in common... we are poor and grew up poor.... so we talk in a tongue that is native to most who are poor. Simple, direct...

To shorten this post, the end result is two more votes for Obama in Florida.... if I can do it, many of you can too!

Also, New Englanders and Southerners have one thing in common.... we are American and that's the most important common trait.

1. Wow!!! Congratulations
The question is quite simple to me, are you better off the last eight years?

If so vote for mccain, otherwise vote for Obama

3. I was able to convince my family to vote for Obama
They're from Charlotte, NC and Republican. They're even good friends with Rep Myrick. Needless to say I was a Republican once, long long time ago. They're voting for Obama in November and my brother even donated to his campaign.

4. Congrats...
it makes all the difference in the World. Good to know you changed sides. Mind if I asked why you were once a Republican?

5. I live in FL and know of 3 former Bush supporters who are voting for Obama.
I also work with someone who's wife is working for the Obama campaign. She says she has talked to a lot of Republican women who are voting for Obama.
