not nearly as good, but I think it will be outsourced to India soon too.

4. I am genuinely sorry.
That is the real problem behind this economic mess. Not enough GOOD-PAYING JOBS.

Best of luck to you.

5. I am retired but I am worried about my teacher retirement.
The system I am in pays much better than Social Security. Five years ago the system investment was primarily investment on stocks now they are heavy two years ago into Government Bonds and maintain a system mandated 5% return, but just barely.

I do work a job part time on an independent contract. As to security there is no longer security in this country in the coming year and I am worried about next week.

7. my job (foster care social worker) will survive.....
and the kids at risk will come pouring in as their folks lose their jobs, start or go back to using drugs to dampen their sense of futility, or completely freak out and take their stress out on their children. sucks, big time!

9. Over the last four months my company has laid off 50% of the hourly
workforce. The future looks bleak and we don't see things turning around anytime soon.
