I think that Palin is going to show stupidity in biblical proportions.

I envision workers across America cracking up around the water cooler the next day.

I think that this is all Joe Biden will have to do:

1) Dazzle the audience with his knowledge, particularly on foreign affairs.

2) Continue to remind the audience that the VP is one heartbeat away from the presidency.

She will be as well prepped as her memory will allow but that won't give here any understanding of international relations. Certainly she has no experience and Biden should hammer away on that - if she brings up her sound-bite meetings with various leaders at the UN on one bright sunny afternoon Biden should visibly chuckle and say in no uncertain terms that "that is not enough".

He should also give here all the opportunity she wants to talk and talk and talk. They say he gets himself into trouble with his mouth but he's nothing at all compared to her. Every time she opens her mouth she gets in trouble ... every single time. Joe should take advantage of that too.

I swear to goodness, I'm going to buy an entire gallon of chocolate ice cream for this debate. I will simply smother myself in pleasure for the entire hour and a half.

I think the VP debate gives Obama another 2 point shift in the polls and puts him up by 6-7%. When that happens, I think we'll start to see the last of the "undecided" voters start to make their moves for Obama.

Honestly, I think the more Biden lets Palin bury herself in this debate the better. All he really needs to do is show up.
