Am I the only one who is sick of hearing about Iraq's surplus, re us?

People (like Obama tonight) throw out that surplus number like it means they should pay their way in the occupation, or something.

They didn't ask us to invade them, so it seems pretty weird to me that people are quoting the surplus like they should kick in.

I think they should use it to rebuild their country *after* we get out of there. But to quote it like they're not pulling their weight is just offensive to me, no matter who does it.

Just a picky little thing, but it's getting on my nerves.
