I should be happy about this development, but the picture says it all...

Instead of the real culprits that rigged the whole ballgame, we get a couple low level workers--two women-- and a Black one to boot.
Having been raised in Cuyahoga county, I know for sure, corruption, laziness, ineptitude runs rampant in politics and all else. So, these two will take the fall and we'll all be told to , move on, problem solved, no need to look any further....:argh:
