There is yet another inquiry into Palin’s violations of ethics:

Alaska state law prohibits the governor from either endorsing or making public statements for or against a ballot measure. Sarah went on an Alaska TV http://www.ktuu.com/Global/story.asp?S=8885438
just before the August vote and said that she knew that she as governor could not take sides but she was going to take off her governor’s hat and put on her private citizen’s hat so she could ask Alaskan’s to vote against the Clean Water initiative. Yes, vote against clean water!
