I think Thom Hartman said that much of the admin oversight at Walter Reed was outsourced to Cerberus, which is also the company responsible for the ice "delivery" in NO in the wake of Katrina.

19. Pappy Bush picked Quayle as vp because he reminded him of his son
W and Quayle are both idiots. but i think the difference between them is that Bush has a mean streak in him. he enjoys hurting others.

Quayle on the other hand is kind of naive but means well. his wife also rules in the family.
