the crappy paper being held by financials the world over. Once the machine is in place to nationalize this financial crisis by passing it off on us taxpayers through an RTC-type "solution", all the bad paper being held by institutions in other countries will be returned to the U.S. and dumped into the RTC vehicle.

Voila. Not only do you get to pay for the greed of U.S. con artists, you also get to pay for the greed of foreign con artists as well.
