Help me understand this. Re: the Gov't's financial "plan" today.
The way I understand this, they essentially set up a trust to take over the bad debts of the banks.

Isn't this just more printing of money that we do not have, and therefore, hyper-inflationary?

Sounds to me like it would just be better to let everything flush out, and start from scratch as it were.

Am I missing something here?
