9. Rudy's way of handling the homeless that littered NYC streets.

Put them on mass transit and ship them out to other states. I read where he sent so many to Miami, that their mayor had to threaten him with a law suit to make him stop. They would drop these people off, and when they woke up on the beach they would have no idea of where they were or how to survive in their new surroundings. Families that were trying to help their mentally ill/drug addicted relatives get off the streets, had no idea where these people had been taken.

Yeah, Rudy cleaned up NYC and made it a look like a city in disneyland (what I have read about the new NYC), but he did it with no feeling for the people that were affected by his actions. Another republican without a heart. JMHO
