On edit... it is an ad that appears periodically. GREAT! Putting the speech on drudgereport. good idea.

you frequent liberal sites, or some other sites that are identified as attracting a certain kind of voter... and you've got a cookie from one of those sites... so reading that cookie, drudgereport's ad people delivered that ad as you fit the target audience for that ad...

Or, somebody's screwing Drudge over.
