HEADLINE: Chertoff in Texas, Vows Quick Help for Ike Victims (QUICK!?!?)
Sept. 17 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff promised today to ``kick someone in the rear'' if necessary to get supplies and help to the Houston-Galveston area, ravaged by Hurricane Ike and still largely without power.

``Those whose butts need to be kicked will feel it in their butts,'' Chertoff said in a televised press conference with Houston Mayor Bill White.

1. Have you ever wondered why Homeland Security is..
.. handling a natural disaster?

I guarantee you it's not to make sure
that people get what they need to recover
in a timely fashion.

That part is a sham.
