13. Lake Orion (oar-ee-un) is a nice town. Spent a lot of time there in my youth.

My family had a "family compound" on Silverbell Road near Goodison. I spent a lot of time in haylofts, cow pastures, apple orchards, and skinny-dipping in Paint Creek. Walter Reuther had a family compound nearby. Lake Orion was a ice cream, canoing, and shopping destination when we didn't want to go into Rochester.
