W-Central Wisconsin: LOTS of jets flying over.
It's cloudy, so impossible to tell whether they're military or civilian. There is a ANG airbase not far from here, and we're also only 90 miles from Minn.-St. Paul International. Could be they've re-routed some flights due to weather. Still, it's weird and a bit disconcerting.

1. Maybe touch and go's?
Our house shakes from the Edwards AFB traffic and it's quiet here.

Shell game.

They anounce the pull out of 8,000 but they're sending in massive numbers to replace those 8,000 mostly from WI.

Maybe that's it.

4. yeah... tell me about it...
There is an air show in Eau Claire on the 13th... they are doing practice runs just a hundred feet or so over my house. (I'm not exaggerating!)

7. We have had LOTS of those giant gray marine corps helicopters
flying past my place for a week or so now. I always can tell when it's them rather than police or news or coast guard rescue or private - they have a unique LOUD noise.
